About Rythu Bharosa Scheme
The state government of Telangana, under the leadership of Chief Minister Mr. Revanth Reddy, has launched a groundbreaking initiative named the Rythu Bharosa Scheme in the year 2024, designed to empower the farmers of the state by giving them financial assistance of up to INR 6,000 per annum to all the eligible individuals. The Government of India has already given installments of 2024 of the Rythu Bharosa Yojana, providing financial help to farmers.
The money under the scheme is disbursed and transferred to the bank accounts of farmers in three installments through the process of Direct Benefit Transfer ( DBT) process. To get the benefits of this scheme, farmers can fill out the application form online.

Eligibility Criteria For Rythu Bharosa Status
- To avail of the benefits under this scheme, the applicant must meet the following criteria :
- The candidate must be a permanent resident of Telangana.
- The occupation applicant must be a farmer, either the farmer is a farmer who cultivates their name recorded in the government records, or a tenant farmer who cultivates the crop shared by the landowners and is recorded as a sharecropper.
- The age of the candidate should be more than or equal to 18 years.

- The government of Telangana provides financial aid to farmers and agricultural employees to support agricultural activities and improve their socioeconomic conditions.
- Eligible candidates will receive 12,000 rupees per acre in two installments as per the crop season.
- The amount will be received in two installments, one in the Rabi season and the other in the Kharif season.
- Tenants, sharecroppers, and landless farmers are also benefiting from the scheme.
- In the case of the Unfortunate death of a farmer between the ages of 18 years to 60, the family of the farmer will receive an amount of 2 lacks as financial support to make the family financially independent and to manage the daily expenditure of the household in the absence of a family member.
