- The total annual income of the applicant’s family must not exceed INR 2,50,000.

Ineligibility Criteria
- The family whose combined annual income is more than INR 2,50,000 is not eligible to apply for the scheme.
- If any member of the women’s family is an income taxpayer, then the family is not eligible for the scheme.
- The family is not eligible if any family member is a regular/permanent employee or a pensioner of any Central or State Government department, undertaking, board, or local body.
- If any family member is a current or former Member of Parliament (MP) or Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA).
- If the family owns a four-wheeled vehicle (such as a car, jeep, or SUV).
- If the woman is already receiving ₹1,500 or more per month from another similar financial assistance scheme run by any government department.
