Application Process

All the buyers who want to participate in the e-auction to get a house have to follow the steps given below:

You have to visit the official portal of the DDA Premium Housing Scheme.

After reaching the homepgae of the website you have to “Sign up” by entering your personal information such as name, contact details, address, PAN, and bank account details. You’ll also need to create a user ID and password.
You will also be required to upload copies of your PAN card and Aadhaar card.
To become a participant to bid for a specific flat, you must pay the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD).
On the scheduled date and time of the auction, log in to the e-auction portal using your credentials.
The auction takes place for a specific duration. You can increase your bid if someone outbids you.
If your bid is Higher ( H1), then congratulations, you have won the auction for that specific flat.
