Under this scheme government will build plots in agricultural land and convert them into residential land. ADA Agra Atal Puram Township Of 1st Phase
The Uttar Pradesh government launched the “ADA Agra Atal Puram Township ”. It is a housing scheme run by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh in Agra. Under this government built plots were built in agricultural land, and after construction work make these land residential land. The government will develop this housing scheme in 3 phases.
The government provides plots to the economically weaker people, the low-income group (LIG), middle-income group (MIG), and high-income group (HIG) in the first phase, but now the first phase registration process is done. The government provides plots at prices between ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per square metre for residential areas and ₹30,000 to ₹ 35,000 per square metre for commercial plots.
