The Awas Plus is an online platform started on 17th September 2024 by the Central Government of India. Under this app, all eligible residents can do a self-survey, add family members, e-KYC, and upload images by sitting at their homes without visiting an offline government office. By offering this application government aims to provide housing availability to homeless citizens by conducting surveys of those who don’t have their own house. What is PM Gramin Awas Yojana?
PM Gramin Awaas Yojana (PMAY-G) is a housing scheme launched by the Central government of India under the Ministry of Rural Development.
