Eligibility Criteria
- The individual must be a permanent resident of India
- Shops, hotels, restaurants, private medical and educational institutions, and other establishments are also eligible for the scheme.
- Any employee working in an establishment that becomes registered under the SPREE scheme is eligible to be covered.
- The types of workers, such as contractual, temporary, and casual workers, who are often left out of social security schemes, are eligible for the scheme.
