The government will create many committees, and these Samaritans are often called “Rah-Veers”. The government of Odisha will establish specialized sub-committees under each DRSC to identify and select ‘Rah-Veers’.The committees will meet every month to review nominations based on reports from police and hospitals, recognizing those who acted quickly and selflessly in road emergencies.
